If you buy the exclusive right to market a picture you are allowed to reproduce it.
If you just buy the right for a single publication/multiple publications you are not allowed to reproduce the picture. In this case the right to reproduce the picture(s) remain the property of Günter Feuerstein.
All pictures, even if you buy the exclusive right to market a single picture, have to be signed with Günter Feuerstein Photo if sold in a shop or appearing in a magazine or book.

Ihnen die Reproduktion desselben erlaubt.
Wenn Sie das Recht zum einfachen/mehrfachen Abdrucks eines Bildes erwerben, so ist die Reproduktion dieses Bildes/dieser Bilder nicht gestattet. In diesem Falle bleibt das Recht zur Vervielfältigung im Eigentum von Günter Feuerstein.
Alle Bilder, auch wenn das Exklusivrecht dafür erworben wurde, müssen mit Günter Feuerstein Photo unterzeichnet bzw. als solche erkennbar sein, wenn sie zum Verkauf angeboten werden oder in Zeitschriften bzw. Büchern erscheinen.
All pictures are of best quality. They are taken on 24x36 mm slides or colour negative film. If you desire to view one of the pictures in a larger size, just send a message and it will be mailed to you.

You can buy the right for a single publication of a picture. If you have a partnership contract with another magazine it is not allowed to use a picture for a publication there by only paying for one picture.

Exclusive right to market a picture
For the amount of EURO 1500.- you can buy the right to market and reproduce the picture. The name of the owner must always be visible on or aside of the picture (Günter Feuerstein Photo).
You can buy pictures, frame them and so they become a wonderful gift for Christmas or birthday. Something every fisherman or nature freak would like to have in his house.
